Who is responsible

Floral Vibe is the data controller for information collected through this website. Until a studio email is published here, please use the enquiry form on this site.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you choose to give us. That may include:

• Your name, email address and telephone number
• Wedding or event details — date, venue, guest numbers, occasion
• Budget range, colour or style notes, and your message
• Images you upload to help us understand the request

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to you, prepare a proposal, plan and deliver floral work, communicate about an enquiry or booking, and keep ordinary business records.

Legal basis

Where you are asking us to quote or to carry out work, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and on performing that contract if we are booked. We may also rely on legitimate interests — running a small floral practice and answering people who write to us — where that is appropriate. We do not use your enquiry to send marketing unless you have asked us to.

Uploaded images

Inspiration images are used only to understand your request and to help us design a proposal. They are not used for advertising without a separate conversation.

Analytics

We do not currently use third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, this notice will be updated.

Cookies

This site uses only the essential cookies needed for Next.js to run. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. There is no cookie banner because we do not use non-essential tracking.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records, then we delete it. We do not publish a fixed number of years here because that depends on the work and on record-keeping duties.

Who we share it with

This website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry details may be stored so the studio can follow up. We do not sell your information. We only share it with people or services who help us run the practice — for example hosting — or where the law requires it.

International processing

Vercel may process information on servers outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, it is under Vercel’s own arrangements for international transfers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict certain uses, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
