These terms cover the use of this website and how Floral Vibe takes on work. They do not replace a written booking confirmation.

This website is an introduction to Floral Vibe and a way to send an enquiry. Content is provided in good faith. We may change or remove pages without notice.
Sending a form, an email or a message is not a booking and does not reserve a date. Availability is confirmed by the studio.
The validity of a quote is confirmed in writing at the time it is given. Flowers are living material. A quote describes the intended scale, palette and feeling — not a guarantee of identical stems.
A booking exists only when Floral Vibe has confirmed the work in writing and any agreed first payment has been received, if one was requested.
Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation terms, delivery charges or minimums are agreed in writing at the time of booking. They are not listed as standard figures on this website.
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the written confirmation for that booking.
We design from the season. If a stem is unavailable or not looking its best, we will substitute with something that keeps the agreed palette and character. That is part of commissioning seasonal work.
Delivery, access and timing are discussed for each booking. We need clear access, a contact on the day, and enough time to place the work. Extra charges are only applied if they have been agreed in writing.
Final details, quantities and placement should be confirmed in good time before the day. Venue rules, access windows and restrictions are the client’s to share with us. Changes close to the date may not be possible, or may need a revised quote.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events we could not reasonably prevent — including severe weather, supplier failure, illness, or venue access being withdrawn. We will talk to you as soon as we can and find a practical way forward.
Floral Vibe owns the photography, writing and design on this website. You may not copy the site or use our images for another business without permission. Photographs of your flowers taken by you or your photographer remain a matter for that photographer’s terms. Whether Floral Vibe may share images of commissioned work will be discussed if it is not already agreed in writing.
Floral work is perishable and made to order. We will take reasonable care. Our liability for a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where the law does not allow a limit — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies.
